6 months going on toddler….
My little precious baby boy is already 6 months old and growing like a weed. Every day he is growing and changing and I am constantly learning something new about my handsome little man. He now says “da-da”, “ba-ba” and little coos close to “ma-ma”, he is rolling all over the house and is working on army crawling. He love to eat big boy food and as I figured; the “monkers” loves naners, lol. He is totally a “sock-monkey” as well and LOVES to take his socks off any chance he gets. He always wants to be involved with what Mommy& Daddy do and has to: sit with us at the table while we eat dinner and be held while we grocery shop, to name a few. He loves his Mama’s lullabies, his glowing seahorse and music playing in the car.  He is a baby that is always on the go, a “boys-Boy” with a soft spot for his Mama. He is ticklish and giggly and always puts a smile on my face. He is the biggest blessing and most precious gift that God has entrusted to me.
I enjoy being a mother with every ounce of my soul. It is definitely a lot of work but carries the BEST rewards, bigger than I could of ever imagined. Braiden has forever change my life and makes me be a better person everyday. He humbles me, making me realize what is really important in life. I do not take lightly that GOD has given me Braiden because he TRUSTS me to take care of him for the rest of my life and everyday I strive to be the best mother I can be. Braiden has brought me closer to God, my husband and my family, and has done wonders with my relationship with Jesus- for you cannot look at a baby and not know that there IS a God- who LOVES us. Because of Braiden, I now LOVE wholeheartedly…….
Essentials of a 6 mo. old:
Teether toys, teether toys, teether toys: Although Brady has not popped a tooth yet, he is teething and loves to chew on everything!
2 piece Jammies: Just because he looks SO cute in them, lol.
baseball cap: So he can look just like Daddy!
Jump-a-roo: He LOVES his jump-a-roo and it gives him great leg exercise while he watches his tom&Jerry :]
Sock, Socks & more socks: He is ALWAYS pulling them off or kicking them off, either way I always carry way more then i need to…
Baby swing: although he is totally too big for it and it hardly swings anymore, he is such a spoiled nursing baby and either has to nurse or swing to sleep.
Wooden toys: we love wooden toys because they do not contain chemicals like plastic toys and they last longer.
King Julien- his fave TY beany baby
Lysol wipes: for the germ-a-phobe in me!
Prune Juice: as we are starting to put Brady on solids you will always need Prune Juice handy- and it really works!
Bible: going to start to switch from TV time to Bible time while I nurse
and of course………Extra Strong Coffee
